The information generated by the cookie concerning the use of this website is stored on our server in Germany.

A session cookie is a form of cookie that is deleted once the user closes the browser after the session. A persistent cookie is a form of cookie that is deleted only after a certain period of time. On the websites 75jahre.deutscherueck.de and 75years.deutscherueck.com, persistent cookies are deleted after 30 days. The cookies do not store any information enabling user identification, but merely a session identifier (session ID). Newsletter distribution via CleverReach

Newsletters are distributed via the service provider CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany (hereinafter “CleverReach”).

Purpose of processing
The data entered during newsletter registration/subscription (e.g. email address) is stored on CleverReach servers within the EU. CleverReach uses this information for the distribution and evaluation of newsletters on our behalf.

Analysis
With the help of CleverReach, we are able to analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open a newsletter sent via CleverReach, a file contained in the newsletter (known as a web beacon) connects to CleverReach servers. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links may have been clicked. In addition, technical information is collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type, operating system). This data is used exclusively for the optimisation of our newsletter.

Legal basis and withdrawal of consent
Data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link at the end of each newsletter. The lawfulness of data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Storage period
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. Following unsubscription from the newsletter, your data will be deleted from our mailing list and from CleverReach servers, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
